basic plan
$100 (one time plan)
The Basic Plan allows clients to follow a step-by-step fitness guide based on their discussions and goals determined with their trainer (myself). Based off of the clients’ goals, a exercise program will be created to the best of the trainer’s ability for positive results for the client over time.
nutrition plan
$100 (one time plan)
The Nutrition Plan provided by the trainer to the client will be based off of the clients’ goals to either gain weight (caloric surplus), lose weight (caloric deficit), or maintain their current weight (maintenance phase). This plan only provides nutrition goals for the client with their existing fitness programs.
premium plan
$150 (one time plan)
The Premium Plan provides the client with a nutrition plan plus a workout program for his or her’s fitness goals. Moreover, the combination of following an exercise program for your fitness goals, properly recovering through sleep, healthy foods, and hydration, plus a nutrition plan for either weight-loss, maintenance, or weight gain for the sole sake of the clients preference.
