The three programs provided by Annelli Fitness & Training include the Basic plan, Nutrition plan, and the Premium Plan. Please choose which plan best fits your needs based on the description of each plan provided! basic plan

$75 monthly

The Basic Plan provides its clients with a workout program produced by your trainer for the sole purpose of accomplishing your fitness goals. Various types of fitness programs can be provided based on your goals (strength-training, power lifting, hypertrophy training, bodybuilding, HIIT training, etc.).

nutrition plan

$75 monthly

The Nutrition Plan provides the client with a guided plan for the weight based on their goal of either gaining weight through a caloric surplus, losing weight through a caloric deficit, or maintaining weight through a “maintenance phase”. Based on your goals, a plan will be provided for the client for the sole purpose of generating a total amount of calories that should be consumed daily, but also what food options will also fit the client best.

premium plan

$125 monthly

The Premium Plan provides the client with a fitness and nutrition program based on the client’s fitness goals. If the client is looking to build muscle and become stronger, then their caloric intake should be in a “caloric surplus” state since the human body will need more food for muscle growth. Moreover, if the client is looking to lose weight, the client will be provided with a fitness program for their fitness goals, but also provided with a nutrition plan that will allow the client the loose weight through a caloric deficit.
